Our classrooms are ‘Smart Classes’ equipped with the latest equipment and digital tools which helps make the teaching – learning process more interesting, innovative and interactive. Our technology enabled classrooms with teaching strategies integrates our curriculum and students find it stimulating and are able to gain batter understanding.

21st Century learning

The term “21st-century skills” is generally used to refer to certain core competencies such as collaboration, digital literacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving that advocates believe schools need to teach to help students thrive in today’s world. In order for students to be prepared for a more complex life and work environment a 21st century classroom must promote creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. We follow a 21st century curriculum which is aligned to produce a support system that produces 21st century outcomes for today’s students.

CS teacher focuses on the various skills are as follows:

  •  Collaboration across networks and leading by influence.
  •  Agility and adaptability

Safe and Supportive Learning Environment

We have s strict anti-bullying policy that we adhere to which helps. We conduct programs to support character education and learning about social and emotional skills which can substantially improve student’s physical and emotional safety. We prevent all forms of bullying, including threats, harassment, social isolation, or spreading of rumours. Steps are taken to stop cyber bullying as well which is very common in today’s world which promise a positive safe supportive learning environment at school. We have a well-planned Crisis Management System which places a strong emphasis on prevention using strategies which range from building design to discipline policies and programs which improve school climate.

It is our aim at CS to provide a safe, supportive and caring environment where students can learn and play happily and confidently. All safety at CS has a collective responsibility towards the safety and wellbeing of all students and are proactive in identifying and dealing with issues that arise. Our behaviour and discipline policies are outlined in the student manual.
